What types of payment do you accept?

WendyHaynes.com uses PayPal to process online purchases (please note you do not need to have a Paypal account). PayPal accepts the following cards:

  • Visa / Delta / Electron
  • MasterCard / Eurocard
  • PayPal Top Up Card
  • Maestro
  • Solo
  • American Express
  • Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo


Do I need to register in order to buy something?

Definately not. You can shop on wendyhaynes.com without having to register or sign in to your account.




What is the benefit of creating an account?

Creating an account will give you access to:

  1. Your personal information for future shopping visits (with the exception of your credit card details. We don't store those for security reasons)
  2. Your order history
  3. You can download purchased eBooks
  4. If you login to your account and then make a purchase, your billing details will automatically pre-populate the check out form.


How do I buy Wendy's paperback books and DVD's?

  1. Go to the book web page. Select the quantity (how many of each) and click “Add to Cart.”
  2. When you have finished shopping, click "View Cart." This will take you to your order summary page.
  3. If you don't want to make any changes to your order and you're ready to buy, click "Check Out."
  4. You must calculate shipping. For orders shipped within Australia, please select Australia Post Standard and include your postcode. For orders shipped outside of Australia, please select your destination country, select Australia Post (Air) and include your zip/postcode to calculate shipping. Then click "Checkout."
  5. Fill in the "Check Out" form and click "Submit."

    Please note your personal information will be secure and kept private. If you already have an account with Wendy, you can also login.

  6. After you click "Submit" this will take you to the Paypal website where you will submit your credit card details to purchase the eBook(s). You don't need to have an acount with Paypal to finish your transaction. (click on the link "continue"). Once the transaction is finished, click on the "Return" button to go back to Wendy's website.

How are books and DVD's shipped?

All paperback books are shipped Australia Post (Standard) within Australia, and Australia Post (Air) outside of Australia.




How do I buy Wendy's eBooks?

  5. After you click "Submit" this will take you to the Paypal website where you will submit your credit card details to purchase the eBook(s). How are ebooks delivered?

eBooks are delivered to you for download via email. Please see eBook download instructions below.


How do I download Wendy's eBooks (Zip File Download Instructions)

To download a copy of an eBook or zip file to your computer, follow these simple instructions:
  1. When you have purchased the eBook, an invoice will automatically be emailed to you.
  2. Click on the book title in the invoice. This will initiate the eBook or zip file download.
  3. PC users: Right click on the link. Select "Save Target As" to copy the PDF or zip file to your computer.
  4. Mac users: Click and hold on the link. Select "Download Link to disk" to copy the PDF or zip file to your computer.
  5. Another way to download your eBook is to login to your account and click "View Order History." Here you will find a list of all the purchases you have made on Wendy's website. Click on the purchase you are after, and you will see a copy of the invoice that was emailed to you. Click on the book title and that will initiate the eBook or zip file download (see eBook & zip file Download Instructions above).

How do I apply a discount code?

  1. Once you have added your books to the shopping cart and you are ready to check out, add the discount code to your shopping cart (see image below)
  2. Click 'Update'

Do you do wholesale orders?

Wholesale orders are available for 3 or more groups. Please email your order to Wendy.



How do I return or exchange something?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your item(s) for a refund. Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s). The purchase price will be credited back to your original method of payment.When returning your item(s) we recommend you use a form of traceable delivery and insure your package for your protection. Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing cycle. Please contact Wendy Haynes if you need assistance in returning your item(s).
