Where can we get married in Coffs Harbour?

There are many beautiful beaches, headlands, forests, gardens, resorts and private venues that offer a beautiful setting to hold your ceremony.

For more information on the National Parks in this area visit their website.

For pictures of the national parks in our area visit www.coffscoast.com.au/nsw/nationalparks.shtml

You will need to apply for a permit to hold your wedding in a National Park

Favourites are Moonee Beach Nature Reserve, which includes Look At Me Now Headland. Coffs Coast Regional Park includes areas that can be accessed at Arrawarra, Woolgoolga, Emerald Beach, Sapphire, Korora and Diggers Beach. Also Bongil Bongil National Park, Yuragir National Park.

If you choose an outdoor venue then you must have a wet weather back up option. This can save you lots of stress closer to the day if the storm clouds are threatening, or even if it is very windy.

If you would like to get married on land that is owned by the Coffs Harbour City Council then you will need to contact Julie Belford at Coffs Harbour City Council on 02 66484872

The Coffs Botanic Garden has many beautiful spots to hold a wedding. At the back of the property there is the rose garden and nearby is a beautiful waterfall and little bridge (you can hire the 'people mover' to ferry your guests to these two spots which is highly recommended). There is also a small lawn area surrounded by shrubs and trees that is very pleasant just as you come in on the right hand side. They also have a covered area at the front entrance that is ideal for holding a ceremony in wet weather. http://www.visitcoffsharbour.com/ncrbg/

There are many beautiful resorts and clubs with wonderful wedding co-ordinators or restaurants with private owners who are ready to assist you with your wedding plans. Most venues have wet weather back up options available. Please confirm this when you make your booking.
