Use this checklist as a guide to create your own! The idea is to plan a day that is fun, relaxed and as organised as possible. Delegate as much as possible and, most importantly, enjoy your special day.

11:00am Pick up and drop off corsages to the Best man's house (or take to wedding venue) (Best man, Groom, Groom's parents and the table arrangement - address:____________)

11:30am Go out to lunch (or have platter delivered)

1pm  Fruit platters made and brought to site. Placed in caterer's fridge. (The couple had organized friends to cater for the canapes)
2pm Make-up appointment Bride  
2:30pm Bouquets (and father of the bride's corsage) delivered to Bride's home Mother of the Bride/Friend  
2:30pm Bridesmaids come over to Bride’s - photos and nibbles before leaving Bridesmaids and parents of the bride  
3:00pm Groom, Best man and MC arrive at venue
Best man to take rings, signing table flowers and Grooms father’s corsage

3.30pm Cake delivered to Caterer’s and decorated with fresh flowers Friend  
3:30pm Check ceremony site Grooms father and Celebrant (who is legally required to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of your ceremony) See attached list of things to check.
3:30pm or before String Quartet/music coordinator arrive. Check power, equipment and public address needs. Musicians, music coordinator and celebrant  
3:40pm Food and drinks taken to site and put in ice. Caterer’s staff Grooms father to check.
3:40pm Lift to wedding site (from car park) in car for anyone who wishes. Venue coordinator

3:50pm Mother of the Bride arrives at Ceremony Site Mother of the Bride  
3:50pm Bridal party will call Best man to make sure everyone is ready for them. Best man and Bridesmaid   
3:55pm Celebrant/Photographer to meet bridal party at carpark/entrance. Will call on route for exact time.    
4:00pm Bridal party arrives/ceremony starts    
4:40pm Music when ceremony is finished (drinks play list) Music coordinator To be collected from  Groom
4:40pm Congratulations before photos    
5.00pm Photos Mothers’ of the Bride and Groom, Best man and Bridesmaid to help find people required for photos. See attached list of shots and people
5.30pm Site check of cafe Grooms father See attached list of things to check.
6.10pm Move down to café.  MC to coordinate.
6.10pm Music (‘i wedding dinner’ play list – Groom’s iPod). MC to do (Best man will still be at photo site) Bride’s iPod as backup.  Groom’s laptop in Prius as second backup.
6:15pm Ceremony area cleared and cleaned Venue staff  
6:15pm Guests take seats Mothers of the Bride and Groom assist guests Each table will have list of names.  Also alphabetical list at entrance.
6:20pm Bridal party arrives  - MC to announce. MC  
6:30pm Entrée served Caterers  
7:00pm Main course served Caterers  
7:45pm Speeche

10:30pm Music change to play list: ‘Bride/Groom leave’ Best man  
10:30pm Bride and Groom leave MC to announce (Designated Driver’s Name) to drive.
10:30pm Drinks stop    
10:50pm Presents get taken to car Bride’s father  
11:00pm Everyone else leaves
